The fitness centre features a range of treadmills, exercise bikes, resistance machines and free weights with the treadmills overlooking the ever changing sea views through the floor to ceiling windows.

Also on offer are a range of fitness classes ranging from free Abs and Tums to Pilates and Yoga which cost $12 per class.

The Fitness Centre can be found on deck 12 by the spa and opens from 6am to 11pm.

Norwegian Spirit has four adult hot tubs by the Tivoli Pool on deck 12, open from 8am to 11pm.

A separate children’s hot tub can be found aft of deck 10 by the Buccaneer’s Wet & Wild children’s pool.

Due to U.S health regulations no children in nappies/diapers including those suitable for swimming are allowed in the hot tubs.

The Roman Spa on deck 12 opens from 8am to 10pm and offers a range of treatments from hot stone massages to teeth whitening (fees apply).

The Spa also includes complimentary single sex male and female steam rooms and saunas, a relaxations area with drinks and fresh fruit and two small side by side 4’10” deep swim against the current pools.

Oscar’s is located within the Roman Spa area on deck 12 and is the ship's unisex salon offering a range of services from cuts and colours to manicures and male grooming services.

Two side by side 4’10” deep small indoor heated pools can be found within the Roman Spa on deck 12 allowing guests to swim laps against the counter flow jets.

A complimentary single sex sauna is located within the Roman Spa on deck 12 and opens from 8am to 10pm.

A complimentary single sex steam room is located within the Roman Spa on deck 12 and opens from 8am to 10pm.
